Popular all over Asia, but mostly in Japan, she has gained recognition for her acting talents. At the moment, she is considered one of the hottest idols on the scene and is in high demand. She has acted in Japanese television dramas since 2003. She also has appeared in various commercials, has released photobooks, DVD photo collections and calendars.

* Besides filming commercials abroad, her only real exposure overseas has been two home stays in Sydney and Saipan.(too modest.. >.<) * To prepare for her role in Nurse Aoi(my fav!), she exposed her self to what nurses and medical facility staff people do in the hospital: taking blood pressure, operating the X-ray machines and such.
